The Cove is a casual and laid back bar that serves some delicious American fare and has an impressive selection of drinks. A full bar boasts a range of craft beers, wines, cocktails, and the highlight, over two hundred different whiskeys, both American and from around the world. The food served here is also delicious and some of the favorites are the crab pretzels, crab on crab, bacon whiskey barbecue cheese burger, and fries. The ambiance is very welcoming and is enhanced by live music on most nights. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the food and drinks are reasonably priced making this bar a must visit, especially for whiskey lovers.

The Cove is where the locals eat is what the slogan says. It must be a nice area of York if you're judging from the menu prices. They're going through some remodeling pains, but the service, quality, presentation and taste are excellent. You get what you pay for.
MoreStopped in because I love bourbon and scotch. That list was wonderful and only found one bourbon they no longer had. In addition, the food was fantastic. We had the steak and crab cakes. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were very tender. The crab cakes were some of the best we have ever eaten.

MoreI stopped in here with some locals, and we were treated very well. Probably about 20 beers on tap, great overall selection. I found one in particular that I have not yet seen on tap in PA. Food was pretty awesome. Best steak tacos I have had in quite awhile. Staff was very friendly, great food, place was packed for happy hour, never waited for a beer, overall a great visit. Thanks!
