What love most about this mall is that it is very walkable and you will be getting a lot of exercise like I did. There are also a lot of play areas throughout this small, and the food court is huge. The length of the visit was about an hour and a half. The atmosphere was really crowded for people, especially the food court area. Getting into the mall was free.

We are thankful there is still a nice mall in Columbus. Polaris is the place to go. Macys, Penneys, Van Maur, and many other stores are there as well as many places to eat including a food court. Grateful to have a place to shop for dresses and sports wear. Its great to get out from behind the screen and see other people!

I recently visited Polaris Fashion Place, and my experience was decent. While the mall had some positive aspects, there were also several areas that needed improvement.*Positives:*- *Variety of Stores*: The mall had a good mix of high-end and affordable stores, offering something for everyone.- *Clean and Well-Maintained*: The mall was clean and well-maintained, with modern decor and amenities.- *Convenient Location*: The mall's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions.*Negatives:*- *Limited Dining Options*: The mall's dining options were limited, with few healthy or unique choices.- *Crowded and Noisy*: The mall was crowded and noisy, making it difficult to relax and enjoy my shopping experience.- *Parking Issues*: The mall's parking lot was crowded and disorganized, making it difficult to find a spot.*Other Issues:*- *Lack of Unique Stores*: The mall's stores were mostly chain retailers, with few unique or local boutiques.- *Limited Events and Activities*: The mall's events and activities were limited, with few options for entertainment or engagement.*Overall:*Polaris Fashion Place was a decent shopping mall that met my basic needs. While it had some positive aspects, its limited dining options, crowded atmosphere, and parking issues made for an average experience.

Dinner with 8 friends a total of 10. Met at 4:30 on a Monday late afternoon. Restaurant was not busy. Tiffany S. was our server, she was ok. Two of our friends got their orders incorrect. A very surly waitress brought out some of the food missing parts like French fries and coleslaw. Another order almost had disastrous results with a gluten free meal came with obvious gluten items on it. So the gluten order had to be remade and it took 20 minutes for the other person’s fries and coleslaw to be served. Of course he had finished his sandwich and told the surly waitress ( not Tiffany) he didn’t want them. She answered “suit yourself “. Tiffany made no attempt to apologize or to check on the missing items. Again how can a restaurant that is very empty get simple sandwich, fries, coleslaw order delivered to the table missing 2/3 of the items. How can a special order of gluten free be made incorrectly. My guess is the staff doesn’t care about their guests and take no pride in their work. I don’t think anyone in our group will dine at BJ’s. Which is a shame because the food is reasonably priced and tasty.

I had a great experience. They have amazing stores. I went to Macy's, Russel Stovers, Toy Store. I had a great experience. I enjoyed Macy's.
