This hotel is horrible, the pictures are clearly not for this hotel. Rooms had cracks in the windows with old peeling tape. Not clean looking at all, we arrived and was in total shock at the way the hotel looked, we cancelled our reservation and found a much better hotel down the road. This hotel should be closed down. I regret I did not read the reviews, but only hope others read the reviews before reserving a room here.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival, and the electric stove produced smoke every time it was turned on. I also noticed dead cockroaches under the kitchen cabinet, as well as dead bees inside the room. The bees were entering through the bathroom vent/fan, which was concerning. The blackout curtains had holes, and I had to cover them with tape just to have privacy. The hair dryer didn’t work, and the bathroom door was severely damaged. The floor felt like it had been cleaned with a lot of soap but never rinsed, making it slippery. I informed the front desk on Saturday morning and asked for someone to clean the floor while I was out all day, but when I returned, nothing had been done. There is no wake‑up call service, and the continental breakfast was extremely limited — just coffee and bagels. On the positive side, the location is convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations. However, being near the freeway means the noise is very loud. The staff was friendly and polite, which I appreciated. Overall, this place works if you only need a quick shower and a bed for a night, but I would not recommend it for a multi‑day stay or for families.

The room smelled TERRIBLE, there were no towels, the bath tub/shower had dried up soap on the tub/shower floor, the lighting was so dim you could barely see. We had to use the flashlights on our phones, the “General Manager” was rude when we ask for contact information to voice our concerns. The location and parking lot lighting was very sketchy. I was scared to set in the car when my husband went to check in. We ended up just leaving and going somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth it!

Roaches, bedbugs, ac not working, carpet black sticky filth, and terrible attitude from management refusing to help or correct

Only one advantage to this hotel. It was in close proximity to the Dr. Offices I went to for two days. Room 1 had many missing light bulbs, including the one in the bathroom. Front Desk Clerk asked me to get by until morning, but I insisted on another room since I didn’t want to shower in the dark.Room 2 had no working deadbolt and the top door latch was broken off. No security what so ever. No remote control for the TV. By this time a different Clerk was on night shift. Room 3 “Lakinsia ?” was very polite and accommodating. She was quick to respond and correct my concerns. She upgraded me to a different room. Even so, at least half of the lights did not work including the one over the sink. No rooms have coffee makers in them. Kleenex boxes were empty. No USB ports or USB-C ports on lamps, etc. Water pressure is very good. Only bagels were offered for breakfast. The bed was comfortable.
