tripadvisorThey lack professionalism and a strong inability to communicate. They treat their guides like garbage and take full advantage of their clients. The owner, Benoit Cerceau is so full of himself, he thinks he has gold in his hands. If someone would tell him he's got no chance, so he can pack it up and leave. No one wants to deal with amateurs
MoreGreat experience, the guide was friendly effective. We have the opportunity to share points of view as well as to discover unwaited aspects of LA & Hollywood.
MoreMy experience with Califun was very good!I knew them during and interchange in Santa Barbara and had some trips, like Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. The guide Rony is helpful, friendly and have knowledge about all the places that we visited. They were always punctual on the tours.I had a lot of fun and will return!
MoreWe had never been to LA before and only had a couple of days to explore the city. This guided tour was ideal. Bernard, our guide, was welcoming and knowledgeable. It was like being shown the city by an enthusiastic friend. Every minute of our four hours or so was packed with sights and information. We went to Venice and Muscle Beaches, Beverley Hills, Bel Air, the Farmers' Market, Hollywood Boulevard, everywhere you see in the movies. We especially liked the tour because Bernard was delighted to be flexible. We wanted to go shopping in the famous music shop, Amoeba Records. When we found out it didn't open until 10.30., he took us back at the end through all the traffic to drop us off there. That really made the day for us too. It was also a special tour because we were the only guests that day so we had a personal service. Thanks very much Bernard. A real highlight of our trip to California.
MoreMy wife and myself took the morning ultimate tour with our guide Bernard who we thought knew Los Angeles very well. The different parts of Los Angeles we visited gave us quite an insight into a city with so many districts, wealthy, poor, good and not so good but whatever district we were visiting Bernard made it very interesting and as the tour was only small numbers it seemed far more personal and we were both very satisfied with the tour and would have no hesitation in advising anyone to take this tour as it is not too long but the content gives you ideas to visit again in more depth after the tour.As my name is Bernard it was nice to meet another Bernard as there does not seem to many of us around the world.
