Never again. Made an appointment for 7:30 pm. Arrived at 7:15 and was told we were early. A woman came in and wanted a manicure and was told 45 minutes. A Mom and Daughter came in for a pedicure and was seated right away. We are still waiting. Only 2 people there and very little English. The girl that was getting a pedicure, her water was overflowing. The guy was sitting in a chair doing nothing. We are still waiting. It's after 7 :30 and no one saying anything we left. They tried to call 3 times After. Not worth it. Makes me wonder if it was for the best cuz maybe massage wouldn't off been good.

I made the mistake of not checking Trip Advisor and went to Aura Day Spa. Very bad experience. I asked for a massage and the lady took my $70 before the massage - big mistake. She took me back to a room and kept leaving me every time the door opened since she was the only one there. Then she had a lengthy phone call. When she came back, she told me she would massage me for 20 minutes and then a guy would come. I said no to the guy that I wanted her to finish the massage. Evidently we had a language barrier. I heard the bell ring and the door opened and she went out again and the main came in to finish my massage. I was not happy. I have had hundreds of massages so i can safely say this was not a good massage and definitely not relaxing. I was not going to leave a tip - I wish I had not paid in advance. The man asked me for a tip as I was going out. There is a definite language barrier. Learn from my mistake and don't go there.

On my recent trip, my daughter and I decided to get our nails done. A fill for her, a pedicure for me. First, NO ONE there spoke any English. They translated via their cell phones. My daughter was told it would be a 20 minute wait, but they could do my pedicure right away. Worst pedicure EVER. Never shaped my nails or cleaned under or around them. It was extremely disappointing. When my daughter finally was able to start her fill, they didn’t know how! Of course she wasn’t going to let them practice on her. I really question the level of sanitation, as the whole place seemed dirty. If you see this place..... keep walking!!
