I have expertise in helping individuals and couples who are experiencing disconnection and communication difficulties in their relationships. Many clients want to incorporate their faith or spirituality into their therapy; Christian Counseling is one of my passions and specialties. My counseling philosophy rests on the principle that each individual and relationship is unique. I incorporate various counseling theories and techniques based on client goals and preferences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and I frequently counsel using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
