We specialize in the detailed inspection of both newer and older homes in the greater Triangle area of North Carolina. Customer attendance is strongly encouraged, as our job is not simply to provide you with a list of defects, but to help you understand the home you are buying. "Customer service" is not just a catch phrase for us. We provide free phone or e-mail consultation to all of our clients as long as you are living in the home. We can also help you get your home ready for marketing, or provide a "home checkup" if you are planning to remain in your existing home. You will receive a detailed, typed report with photos of any identifiable defects in the Summary section. Reports are delivered by the next business day if at all possible, since we understand that, during a real estate transaction, time is of the essence.
