Located on the western corner of the extremely busy intersection of Rt.544 and Highway 17, South Strand Commons is very busy on the strength of its retailers. There is a Lowes grocery store on one end and a Lowes Home Improvement on the other end as well as Hallmark and Pet Smart, with many restaurants around the perimeter. We ended up in the interesting Hamricks again which is full of bargains including $19.99 Clarks sandals for my wife. There is also a Kohl's and a Ross.
