Hidden gem in Louisville . Truly was blown away with all the rolls that were ordered. A pretty small location with bold flavor and welcoming staff. Will be coming again.

My wife loved her chicken teriyaki. My Tonkatsu ramen was decent. I am a Ramen snob so.... Plum Sake' was very sweet but delish... overall a low 4 stars but I'll be back to try the other Ramen...
