We were very fortunate to locate Bob outside the ship terminal. We were a large group (22 of us) with lots of luggage, but Bob fit us all, was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. What a great service. I highly recommend Bob for transporting any large group.

I called this company after trying to make a reservation on their website and couldn't make it go through. Bob answered the phone. It's small, family owned and operated. I LIKE supporting small businesses. We needed a pickup at a hotel before/after a cruise out of Tampa. He took my info. but couldn't give me a reservation number - we don't do that. Huh??? Sat. AM arrived - they FORGOT us. Bob was out of town, so he sent his 70+ year old dad to pick us up. He was a nice guy, but shouldn't be driving. Wayyyy too shakey. Upon disembarkation from our ship, we called Bob as directed. We were where he told us to be. HE couldn't decide who was picking us up. After 3-4 phone calls where we were told a different company would pick us up, then a different truck (his 70+year old dad) would be there, and eventually, BOB came and picked us up. Nice guy! But his truck was his OFFICE!! He spent the WHOLE TIME on the phone taking phone calls and dispatching trucks to pick up people, and making new reservations. His eyes were on his phone (by the floor) more than his eyes were on the road. If you want to get to your destination ON TIME AND SAFE go with some other transport company.
