Great experience with this company. Everything was great! on time, professional, and easy. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I rarely leave reviews but had to on this one. We hired BNAS to get us from airport to downtown hotel. Idris picked us up very promptly. We were at our hotel in no time. We also hired him to take us to Niagara Falls(Canada side) wineries for lunch, East Aurora, and orchard Park for bills game. It all went so seamless I highly recommend Idris. I highly recommend his company.Our trip to Buffalo was amazing, and he was a big part of that.He’s smart, and very, very nice!!Well done!R And T,- Dallas, Texas

I had to delete my previous rating because somehow 5 stars was given after I posted which is definitely not the case. So this updated one will be shorter. They are good about keeping track of your flights. Customer service and driver were friendly enough. Website does state shared transportation but we were crammed in a mini van with 2 other couples for a long ride to border. We felt the cost for this was too expensive. Website states border officers are friendly and respectful. This was not the case. The one at the line we went through at Canadian border was rude- she said the driver should have taken us through the bus line for privacy of questions that were asked. Wished we had been better prepared by driver other than just taking our passports to show. This made our first experience to Canada very uncomfortable. We were glad we didn’t purchase the round trip option and ended up calling a taxi on the way back to USA which was so much better. It was less expensive, more comfortable room having just my husband and I plus the driver prepared us better of what to expect at the border.

Visiting Canada and out US like this for the very first time going through customs. Flew into Buffalo and hotel in Canada. Our hotel recommended this service. We liked that they kept track of the flights because ours was delayed and time changed 3 times. Customer service and driver were friendly enough. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The information provided on website could be more clear about the expectations. Unclear about when to call upon arrival to get directions about where to meet driver. It does state this was SHARED transportation and to review information about customs.Please remove from the website that the border offices are polite and respectful. The one at the line we went through started off rude to us, I believe because said the driver should have gone through the bus line for privacy about the questions being asked. There were 2 other couples in the vehicle, which seemed crammed but again it does say it is shared transportation. It being our first time through customs, we would have liked to be better prepared about what we were going to be asked and the process other than the driver just taking our passports to give to the border officer. Then after the offensive experience then say same questions will be asked gigs backbto US. Because of this, it made the very pricey service (which is another complaint), a very uncomfortable first experience. The opposite of what we strived for so will not recommend or use these services again.

Driver was lovely and they were efficient ! But…. Because it was the weekend of the eclipse they told us to leave 5 hours for border and customs waiting times, we sailed through customs, there was no delay at all and this can be checked easily by apps before a journey! They charged us $300 US dollars and this included a $30 fee for waiting times at the border, there was no waiting time! Then we get a text after we were dropped at the airport to say they had charged an extra $16 as we got pulled over. This took all of 5 minutes to do! Very very expensive - extortionate actually and the extra fee was not mentioned to us at all! Be very wary !
