Some very nice shops and restaurants, all in the higher end. The Japanese market is different. The WOB-World of Beer, Cheesecake Factory and Barnes and Noble seen to be doing ok.

Restaurant, restaurant, New restaurant, financial advisors, more restaurants, more financial advisors. Who knew money $$$ could start to ruin a good thing? Well, everyone should know that. Crank up rents and small shops cannot survive. There’s no use in strolling down the center streets any longer. Nothing to look at here! How incredibly disappointing that WeHa has city planning for it’s CENTER! (Blueback is ok as an add-on but shouldn’t take center stage!)

This is what downtowns used to be before malls came along! It thrives because of the sheer variety of small shops, services,and restaurants.. It is a true happening place! Parking can be difficult at times

I think this neighborhood is the best if you want to go out to eat. Plenty of options and a great walkable neighborhood.

While I go to areas of whtfd a lot I only go to lasalle area if I need to. It’s a small area with a lot of auto congestion and at peak times there is no parking. And yes they still have meter parking for cheap. Otherwise they do have some nice places to eat and shop. Still can’t figure out why what’d needed to put all those cameras up. Is it now a high crime area? Not sure. For me it’s a need to go area.
