Same knives can be found online. But good thing is you walk in here and can get them now. Walked out with four. Good people for sure.

Tried to buy a knife.. got up to pay and the lady said suddenly it was marked wrong once she saw my money. She added 50 to the price it was 149.. and said that she needed to look in back because it was marked wrong. While she did I looked it up on the companies website it was 152 msrp.. she told me that it was wrong . And that the least she could do on a knife labeled 149 was 180.because bosses would kill her. I looked it up on Amazon while I was standing there it was 119 free shipping..lost a customer. Also looked at some other knifes that were well above retail before making the decision and asked her if they were negotiable.. not really was the answer. The worst

Pretty decent shop, friendly staff. Only real complaints are selection and price. I came in for a very specific knife, that fortunately for me, they had one left in stock. Unfortunately however, they hold true to msrp on the American made products. The s in msrp stands for suggested for any anyone that doesn't know this. Every manufacturer that dictates pricing of their products allows their dealers a specified amount of optional discount. For example, citizen watches authorize their dealers to sell at a maximum discount of 25% at the retailers discretion at any time. Knife companies also do the same or else reputable online dealers such as blade hq and knife center wouldn't be allowed to continue carrying those products selling them at the lower prices they do. I paid the retail price anyway due to the convenience of being able to handle the exact knife I was purchasing. It was a Benchmade 67 balisong and the 6x series is somewhat infamous for not being properly tuned from the factory. That coupled with what I'm sure is insanely high space rent in a mall, I didn't complain. That being said, I probably should have because upon closer inspection outside in daylight, it was obvious this was a display unit. The handles have a few dings, albeit small ones, and there are quite a few scratches as well. If you're going to pay full blown msrp, the product should literally be showroom quality. Other than that it would be nice if the selection was larger on the quality side. The quality brands they carry made up quite literally a max of about a third of what's in the shop. I get that MOST of their customer base, being in a mall, is probably the general public and not knife enthusiasts, collectors, or people looking for a quality tool for a specific purpose, but it would have been nice to see a better balance with more selection from the quality companies. The Benchmade and Case selection were fair, but alot of the other higher end brands were pretty scarce. All in all though, definitely not a bad shop as others on here have suggested. The higher priced items are not insanely marked up or anything. Just should be brought down a bit to more competitive pricing for the sake of their customers. Especially when selling something that has most definitely been handled and has markings consistent with drops or scratches from most likely somebody's rings.

The knife guys have the best of the best always. I have shopped there many times and they always have the best deals, best products. You can't go wrong shopping at the knife guys for anything. I plan to go there ever week to see thier knives and swords. Most every time I leave with one. The people working there are really nice and helpful so you find what you want or see what is new. So if your out stop in and you'll be happy you did. Rick , Wichita Falls, Texas
