Sunny has been so helpful! Appreciate her professionalism! Thank you Royal helped me the first time when Sunny was not there!

We were there a few years ago. We ended up going back a few times during that time. The manager helped us each time. Outstanding customer service from her. Quick and very efficient!

This branch is a mess !! It was in total chaos on a Friday afternoon! I SCHEDULED an appointment with Jason Zang for 1:00, but our meeting didn't start until 1:40, unacceptable, no matter what...

Don't understand why it took them almost three hours to close out a CD after it matured. Also, they've stopped giving free coffee so that made the wait worse.

I just got off the phone with HSBC customer service rep, the attitude is as bed if not worse, stay away from this bank!
