Beautiful place!
Sitting on the top. Glad I didn't see this at the time. I am scared of heights.

The views were amazing. We saw where we wanted to go immediately, but couldn't figure out how to get there. We hooked for a while trying to find a path leading is across the water. We crossed the creek/small river in our tennis shoes at a low spot. I found directions across online. We had a group of 16, mostly youth age 14-18. They had fun hiking around, scrambling over rocks, and posing for pictures. A good time was had by all!

Just visiting the area for a few days so this was an opportunity to see what was there. Another trip in October is planned so we can hike and enjoy this beautiful area. The creekbed had a small amount of water but with more rain, I bet it is gorgeous. There are many places to stop and rest and area is well maintained. Even noticed trash receptacles placed and no litter. The outdoor restroom was horrible. No privacy and just an open porta-potty around a small section of wall.

My husband and I are in our late 40’s and soon to be empty nesters. We’ve started hiking as an activity we both enjoy. I visited here in my youth with my family, but hadn’t been since. We really enjoyed hiking it. Some of the paths are quite difficult, but we were up to the challenge! I definitely recommend a visit.

My husband and I visited this park this week. We knew we wouldn't get to enjoy it as much because of recent flooding and high water making the creek impassable. We were able to walk to the cave though. We were only there about an hour but I am sure you could spend a couple hours here if the water wasn't up. We will return when the water isn't an issue.

My 12 year old and I went to visit this park today and were blown away at the beauty of it! We had a great time hiking, walking through the creek, climbing stacked boulders and taking pictures of course! It seemed everywhere we turned was a new beautiful opportunity to take another photo. We plan to make this a regular mom and daughter day trip as it is just about 20 min outside of columbia!
