This is indeed a real western store. They have quality gear for real cowboys and it's run by a couple gals who really work on ranches when they're not at the store. I only bought a pair of Minnetonka mocs (I really didn't need a 12th pair of cowboy boots) and a leather belt holster for my 1911.

This shop is fantastic. I only had a couple of hours in Williams and my visit to western outfitters was the highlight. I had planned to buy a Stetson as a souvenir of my trip, but didn’t know what style or size would be best. From the moment I stepped in I was assisted by a lovely lady who helped me with all my questions and showed me the selection. I was pleased to find a relatively large selection for the size of the store and good prices with some deals/discounts. I recommend anyone visiting the area drops by and experiences the warm welcome and great selection at Western Outfitters.

We visited this shop twice whilst we were staying in Williams. The ladies we spoke to were so very friendly and helpful and had a genuine interest in us not just our needs, there wasn't any pressure to buy, they were willing to get everything in the shop out for us to look at! We bought a lasso and hat band. Definitely drop in again if we ever visit Williams AZ again

we were greeted by the owner, who took care of us the entire time, just before closing. They have a great selection of shoes (not a huge selection but enough to give you a local taste), clothes, accessories, and other western goodies. As an added bonus, she gave us the scoop on the history of route 66 through williams in particular,so that was cool. and yes, prices are a bit pricey but the quality is quite good. I walked out with a few things i justy couldnt resist.

Great western store with friendly people and quite a selection. We were happy with prices too! Not too outrageous on hats & boots which was a nice change. We definitely want to return the next time we are in the area.
