Soy Teriyaki Bistro provides visitors to Brentwood a fantastic teriyaki Asian fusion experience. This tiny bistro is one of the few places in Nashville that offers one of the newest culinary fusion delights, Korean tacos. Made with chicken, beef or shrimp, spicy slaw and either ranch or wasabi dressing and wrapped in a corn tortilla, these tacos blend the long-time favorite of Mexican cuisine with the spicy flavors of Asia. Guests at Soy Teriyaki may also enjoy a variety of rice bowl options and teriyaki entrees. The service is excellent and, while the location is small, the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting.
