I have been going to this Swiss Chalet for years and almost always had reasonable food and service. Yesterday we went and it was horrible. The reason you go to SW is you can expect decent food and quick service. Took 25 minutes for order to be taken and granted she was busy but she kept saying the kitchen was busy. I would have thought if they were busy the food would be hot...but no stone cold.. Sadly I will have to find another Swiss Chalet or not

Very pleasant mall, good experience with a lot of fun stores. Has definitely not been doing as well in recent years, but is still a good experience and there’s a lot to see. Feels very homely and nostalgic and just makes you happy to be there.

This is a mall that is going to be demolished in the future. There are very few stores open. It is very sad. It once was a vibrant place to go shopping. The most people in the mall now are the walkers.

It took me 5 visits to accomplish a single task. after each apt, they would ask me for my phone number to call me and report their findings and in every case, they never called me forcing me to make another apt online and drive back to the eastern hills branch again and again. EVERYONE I spoke to in that office was rude and cocky. One thing to note is there is no way to call the branch directly so it forces you to drive back, stand in line, and then sit in a brutal plastic chair for your number to be called . Pray that you never have to visit this place its a nightmare.

I’ve heard my family talk about this shop many times, so while I’m back in town for a few days, I had to see it. What a delight! It’s airy, modern and well organized. While my brother scouted for a hoodie, which he found, I cruised around. My suitcase is already full with many food items I can’t get in Tampa, but I snagged a new key ring to replace an old one I’ve had for years. It’s not exotic, but a perfect little keepsake. The variety of the merchandise was surprising. Everything from pajamas, ornaments, carved tables, artwork, t shirts, cups, socks, sweaters, caps and so much more. There are items for babies, children, adults and pets. The quality for the price was excellent. I’m going to plan to stop by to select something in future visits as well, and I’ll know I have to save room in my suitcase, or ship them to my home.
