Hey Trailblazer629…,I was billed the exact same amount!! $395 plus a $25 fee from from a third party (Doan Group). I wonder if Sixt is doing this (billing numerous customers for the same damage)? ACE car and rental desk was fine, but the extra shuttle needed to take us way out in the boonies of an industrial area is not what we expected., wasting our vacation time. We used an Uber to get back to the airport so we could be dropped off at our departing carrier. We used a company called Carla, to book our car. DONT DO THIS. Carla serves no purpose and offers no value. Get a vehicle at the Harry Reed Airport.

3rd & last time renting from Fox. Wanted to return car 2 days early with zero credit expectations, but told I couldn't make changes & would need to cancel, lose entire full pre payment & rebook another rental at full price. Absolutely crazy!!! To boot, their agents in Vegas are obnoxious, impolite & have zero customer service skills. Seem annoyed that I'm doing business with Fox. Not worth saving a few bucks with Fox!

When I turned my car in, i was 3 gallons low. Budget charged $10 per gallon for a charge of $32.00+. That's a rip off LV.

Hired the dodge viper SRT10 for my partners 30th birthday. Since we were visiting from the UK we didn't have Insurance and this company do not offer insurance on top of the rental price unlike many other companies. However, it wasn't an issue as we were advised to buy our own day insurance online. Daniel showed us the webpage and helped us retrieve a quote. Came back at around £40! Alot cheaper than if I was to hire the £200 insurance elsewhere. And we checked the paper work over and over again, we were definitely covered! Then there was the car. It was stunning. Turned heads all day. Drove to valley of fire, lake Mead, hoover dam, Boulder City and of course Vegas strip! Honestly, we had a blast!!!! And Daniel made it the whole Experiance Easy and Simple!!!!! My only niggle would be the engine management light was on. We were told it was down to the wrong fuel going into the car prior to us renting BUT who knows. However, it didn't hinder the driving Experiance at all and we certainly wasn't afraid to use the pedal! ✌️ Happy renting!
