This was fun . It was a little nerve wracking and not knowing if the donkeys would bite but just follow directions and we were fine !

The place is so noisy you can't have a conversation with friends across the table! So, I decided to do carry-out instead? Called in my order and was told we don't take phone orders, so you can just come in and order, but you have to wait for it? No problem, be right over. Nooooottt! Walked in and 3 waitresses were just sitting around doing nothing! I asked for the Fish & Chips take-out order and I would wait? They said it's a policy you have to eat inside? I asked to speak to a manager and a young lady approached me and said sorry, it's policy... I explained I was misinformed over the phone and that didn't change a thing! I advised her I would never again set foot into Cogburns! I eat there often and bring friends, but never again!

I have been here before and enjoyed it, so decided to go back. What a shame! Waited literally 20 minutes trying to get a drink at the bar, but the locals had be served first, apparently! Then found a table in the bar area and had to wait for someone to wipe it down and remove the used glassware. Ended up catching the hostess and she got someone who, begrudgingly, wiped it down. They then went off without asking if we wanted to order food, despite menu’s being right in front of us. The food was good, but the service was absolutely terrible. Again, such a shame. Really enjoyed going here before. I understand that the minimum wage has gone up, but I would be willing to pay extra for good service.

The food and wings were ok .....nothing really stood out. The stupid thing was all the staff constantly on their phones. Also it was already loud in there but then all of a sudden the music went up really loud .....everyone was looking around like WTH ....one of the staff members said sorry and went back to turn it down and it went down for about 10 mins before once again turned up so you couldn't even have a conversation ......probably would not go back.

Came here while visiting Arizona to see family and it was the first time for all of us. We had some drinks, boneless wings and watched the fight! We had the boneless wing special and had a great time! It wasn't busy (considering a big fight was showing) so we were seated right away. Great service and cheap food!
