They have so many beautiful rings. Very helpful and we found the perfect ring after a lot of looking at a lot of other places. We even purchased a ring somewhere and someone recommended to stop here before we finalized and ended up returning the other ring to purchase my dream ring from this store.Very communicative, ring was deliverers earlier than expected and I am in love with my beautiful anniversary present, an upgraded ring and diamond.

We did have a great experience purchasing our ring with Karats (though our sales person is no longer with Karats), which is why I gave two stars. However not even a year later the ring needed a repair. *Please note, we had not had a chance to purchase insurance for the ring yet.* We asked Karats to cover a portion of the repair as a gesture of good will (after spending a very significant amount with them purchasing the ring). They refused and offered no direct compensation. Maybe take your business somewhere that actually cares about their customers after they make the initial sale.
