Our family of 9 stayed here while visiting several nearby theme parks, and unfortunately this hotel was a major disappointment. The online photos do not accurately reflect the condition of the property. The main building, where the lobby is located, is in much better shape than the buildings where the suites are located. Our suite was in one of the buildings at the very back of the property, which looked noticeably older and poorly maintained. The hot tub was wrapped with caution tape, yet we saw guests using it anyway. The pool was just okay according to our kids. Our room was not as clean as expected. There was trash left under the beds from previous guests, and the room generally felt neglected. The bathrooms were stocked with only three towels each, two rolls of toilet paper, and no facial tissues unless requested. The beds were very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs, and they squeaked with every movement. My husband and I slept on the pull-out sofa so the kids could have the beds. It was so uncomfortable that we bought a mattress topper from Costco, placed the couch cushions underneath the sofa mattress for extra support, and then put the topper on top just to make it tolerable enough to sleep. We considered leaving, but with a family of nine during peak travel season, finding another hotel wasn't practical, and we would have lost the money we had already paid.Breakfast was extremely limited. It consisted of Cheerios with milk, coffee, apple juice, toast with butter, and a waffle station where you make your own waffles with batter and syrup. If you're expecting a full complimentary breakfast, you'll likely be disappointed. To make breakfast easier, we actually drove from our room to the lobby building instead of walking because our suite was located so far from the main building. To top it off, I woke up with multiple bites after the first night. This hotel may work if you're simply looking for the lowest-cost place to sleep, but if you're booking based on the photos or expecting something comparable to a well-maintained hotel, you'll probably be disappointed. Families, especially those booking the suites, should know that the condition of the back buildings is very different from what the online listing suggests. The staff was very nice.

The front desk manager Kyle I think, is super super nice, Anette at the front desk is so funny and sweet. Both of them go OUT OF THEIR WAY to make you feel comfortable! The rooms are so nice and the landscaping is relaxing to look at. The owner however, is super rude! The maintenance guy is really nice and the house keeping ladies are very pleasant to talk to!

Every picture shown on their website is grossly inaccurate. The place is filthy not well kept drapes hanging off the hooks spiders in the closet ,filthy bathroom door with dripping stains . All floors were sloped . All the walls were dirty. The images on their site looks like fresh paint - very misleading it’s dingy. There was no food in the breakfast area. No staff in the coffee came out a color of gray. I can’t even explain.
