ATAFMA Louisville's goal is to provide quality martial arts training to Louisville, Boulder, Superior, and the surrounding areas. We focus on using traditional Taekwondo classes to build strong character outside in the real world. We primarily teach Songahm Taekwondo, with some Krav Maga, Muay Tai, and Xtreme martial arts thrown in. We make sure to balance the art that we teach with being able to use those techniques in a practical way. We believe that no matter which martial art you practice, every part of the training should have some bearing on self defense.
