First we pretreat the carpet rather than using the cleanser during steam cleaning. This allows time for the cleanser to loosen dirt and other contaminants from the carpet. The cleanser used is Non-Toxic, Biodegradable and is customized for your particular needs. Next we steam clean the carpet using a truck mounted machine, which simultaneously extracts dirt with high powered vacuum. This allows for a clean rinse resulting in no soap residue which would ultimately attract dirt again.
