Worst place I have ever visited, their system is defected and the personnel is rude. I have booked 2-6 guests massage option (not a couple) at their website. I have chosen “any female therapist” and clicked on “copy services from guest 1”. I have checked that the option “any female therepist” was copied from guest 1 to guest 2. Then I have chosen the day and time and just clicked Book. When I came today with my daughter, I was told that they have only 1 female and 1 male therepists. They don’t have 2 females. When I said the receptionist that I booked with 2 female therapist, the only thing she said several times is “No, you haven’t”. I even showed her on the website all the options I have chosen, but she rudely kept telling me “no, you haven’t”. Of course I will never have an undressed massage (with just underwear) with the male therapist. And I sent 2 hours of my personal very valuable time on just coming to this place and not getting a massage I ordered in their website. Also there was no manager available neither on the phone nor in person. So there was no one to solve this situation. The recentionist kept rudely saying “no, on Saturdays we do never have 2 females therapists option”. So how it let me to book then? Even if I will get a call from a manager tomorrow, why do I need it tomorrow? I need the problem to be solved at the moment it occurred.

I was shocked on how terrible my massage was. This was not my first time visiting this spa but will be my last. I went on 12/15/22 to have a massage with my friend. I do believe we were the last two there and the massage therapist wanted to go home. I had to tell her 3 times that she was hurting me and the icing on the cake was she left the room in the middle of the massage. She was gone at least 5 to 8 minutes. You would of thought that she would of added that time to my massage but nope. I was done exactly at the same time my friend was. Our rooms were right next to each other with a open pocket door. I am disappointed but just like most things they are great at the beginning..

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Demi which was great. She was professional and knowledgeable, asking if the pressure was too much, and checking with me during the massage. I really liked the stretching, acupressure and the attention Demi spent on my lower back and shoulders. The spa and bathroom are very clean and the rooms are spacious. Couple of tips: put ear plugs as you can hear other customers talking. Note that Dem'is hands are a bit scratchy, you may notice it if you have sensitive skin. Perhaps because they sterilize them with alcohol spray.

I am so happy I found this place! All the staff was professional and respectful. Definitely visit it if you're suffering from stress or muscles pain.

This was an amazing experience! After 6 months in quarantine Tony was fantastic! He was professional, meticulous and skilled in getting out all my soreness and knots!! The place was very clean and followed all the health rules. You may miss it if you don’t look for the palm trees! A little pricey, but overall great experience.
