The worst place ever. Very racist. Doesn’t treat Indians well. I went almost 3times and all the time the experience was exactly same. Very very cheap people , very very cheap service.

We were there to attend a party for 19 kids. We decided we want to eat something different than what the kids will be having. At the food counter ,we placed 2 orders of chicken tenders, 1 large order of chicken wings, and 1 order of nachos. Had we known that it will take an hour plus to have the food ready, we would have just gone to a restaurant and not stressed waiting for our “simple food” orders. In the meantime our grandson keeps coming back to check if the chicken tenders were ready. For a certain long time.The chicken tenders finally arrived. By the time the chicken wings was served, the chicken tender were already consumed by the other two who wanted it. The nachos was the last one we were waiting for. It still has not been served when both my boyfriend and I finished our chicken wings minus THE CELERY AND CARROTS, THAT ACCORDING TO THE MENU ‘ITS INCLUDED!” We questioned it and they said they were out! Just like that with ‘no apologies!’My boyfriend and I finished the chicken wings and no nachos yet. We asked if they might have forgotten the nachos,they replied that its being prepared. When finally the nachos were served, the person who desired it already lost her appetite. It ended up hardly touched.The bottom line to these…….it’s called horrible service.They should not be in this kind of business if they cannot handle good “customer service!” I consider good customer service is a gold mine for any company/corporation.

Visit date: 01/26/2020 We brought 5 boys to K1 Speed in Santa Clara on a Saturday morning. We got there around 10:30 and there was no parking. We paid $41.99 for each child for 2 races and paid extra $7.00 for membership for each child. I was surprised that they charge $7 for membership eventhough we dont want to be a member. The place is clean and staff are nice. We were told we need to wait 1 hour but only waited about 30 minutes. The boys had fun except there were 2 older guys that they had to raced with and they were spinning and bumping the kids. I suggest bringing at least 8 kids so that they will raced without other people. Pricing is a bit high so look for coupon before going here.

The kids had fun riding but not worth it! We had to wait almost a half hour to register and pay, and then another hour and a half to ride go carts that lasted about 10 minutes. I don't know if they had an option to to sign and schedule online but that would have been better so that we could plan our day better.

This was a pretty bad experience! We were a group of 6 people, and we arrived at 11am (opening time). It took us 1 hour to just register and pay and then they told us we had to wait 1.5 hours to have our first race. Additionally they make you pay $6 for the membership even if you don’t want it. After having waited 1.5 hours for our first race they called our names up, only to tell us there was a schedule mistake and we had to wait for one more group to go first. Very unorganized! When we finally got to go, half of the group’s speeds were throttled, so they were much slower than the other racers. When we asked if something was wrong with the carts they told us the speeds get throttled for racers that have less control over the cart. However in the second round our speeds were not throttled and our times improved by almost 5 seconds...overall an extremely unorganized gokarting place. But the second race was fun at full speed!
