Angels for Hearts,Non Profit was created for the purpose of helping pediatric heart patients regain some sense of normal while they are in the hospital. Angels for Hearts works closely with the Child Life Specialists at 3 regional hospitals (UC Davis CH, Sutter Children's Center Sacramento & Lucile Packard CH) to ensure that their pediatric cardiac patients ages 0-18 have the things they "Wish, Want & Need" while they are in the hospital & during their recovery process. We help Santa during the traditional Christmas holiday to make sure every pediatric heart patient wakes up & to experience the joy of being a child on Christmas morning to find that Santa did find them. We hold annual events such as our "When I Grow Up...' Event & 'Heart Kids Rock Valentines Event' where we have events that are specifically for heart families to enjoy a event with other heart families. Angels for Hearts is able to provide these events/gifts due to fundraising, donations are accepted year round.
