Smaller scale than the large box store some of their customer service was outstanding. But the lady in the back that worked there was more interested in running her mouth than helping customers....

everytime (about 10) i go into marvins there is either no one on floor and people (customers) standing around looking for help or there is a small group of employees standing behind a round...

Best hardware store in town!! The best employees (especially J.R.) all around great people and a great place to shop!

my husband and I were in the plumbing area 7/19/2021 at 7pm. They turned the lights off and we went to the check out yelling for someone to assist us and we couldn't find anyone inside but there...

They don't answer phone and can't find help when in the store. My wife had to load the lumber in the pickup while the Marvin's guy just watched her do all the work. Go to Pendergast, it's better.
