El Rey de Las Fritas is one of the original spots in Miami to get a Frita Cubana, or Cuban hamburger. The difference between this burger and the standard, is the way the sautéed onions are fried into the patty then it's topped with shoestring fries. This location is on the famous Calle Ocho, but there are a couple of other outlets in Miami, as well as one in Hialeah. The menu also features cuban sandwiches, tostones (fried plantains), and much more.
