BEWARE: Under new management and not nearly as hospitable or professional as it has been in the past. Also, staff seems to be leaving at such a rate that they can't book appointments for weeks. In addition to a recent member rate increase, I was canceled by the spa multiple times, needed to cancel on my end a couple of times as well and was told due to the inconvenience, they would extend my monthly membership credits so that I can use them. Was called again last week, being canceled on by the spa with no explanation and unable to book the services I have paid for for three months consecutively due to their faulty system not being able to book me online. Now I'm in a crunch and need these services before a big trip with absolutely no options. Got hung up on by the desk girl who didn't seem to know how to handle an upset member or know how to make it right. Was told by the new manager she CAN'T refund my hundreds of dollars so that I can use my own money to go get the services I need elsewhere. They are literally stealing from me and accusing me of lying about being canceled on. All for what? To keep my $260? I was a raving fan for years but I'll be headed down the street to Milk and Honey where these problems don't exist. Will say their providers are excellent, especially Kurt and Thy, I will miss them.

they are nice and friendly. the spa technicians are great. some of the best facials and nail treatments I've ever had. They have quarterly specials and do medical spa as well (botox, etc). knowledgeable and really good about listening to what you are looking for

Someone in Austin who is a friend of a friend recommended this place. Oh wow, really good. Ample parking in the back. Friendly greeting at the door. Very chill waiting area with tea and water, low lighting. Nice shower area, locker rooms, where you can stash your stuff and get a robe. I only had one massage there but it was great and I'm an experienced massage recipient. Mine was customized because of a stiff neck I happened to have that day.

The concierge at our hotel recommended this and made last minute appointments for me and my 2 friends. Two of us had massages and one a facial. My massage was perfect!! James was fantastic. I highly recommend!

Last week, I ended up in Austin with a really sore back At the concierge's suggestion I caught a cab to Hiatus. The whole experience is 5 star from the updated changing rooms to the massage areas. My therapist started off by washing/massaging my feet and warmed up the table before I got on, which was super cool.The only slight negatives were, I filled out paperwork before starting the massage but it did not seem like the massage therapist reviewed it. Also this place is pricey $119 for 50 mins. However, IMHO the upscale facilities and treatment make up for the price tag
