Bar-X opened in 1933, right after the Prohibition Law was lifted in America. Therefore, the bar has that pre-1930 vibe, with a contemporary twist. It has bartenders who can concoct something that is exclusively tailored to your tastes. Hence customers can fearlessly approach a bartender stating their wish for something special. The perennial house specials are always a delight while the Moscow Mule and the Pimm's Cup are universally loved. Their busiest nights being Friday and Saturday, revelers usually have to wait for some time to get their drinks. However, the flawless mixing and perfect tastes make it worth the wait.

tripadvisor2000s music. Loud. But rock'in. The Kokomos and Lemon Drop Martin's rock! Personable bartender. Great selection of a wide variety of spirits. Highly recommend!
MoreSuper fun atmosphere. Very very strong drinks. Really dark inside so couldn’t see the decor too well. Really loud music. Bar staff were helpful
MoreCraft cocktails for less than $12 on a Saturday night with live music. That's hard to beat. Speak easy atmosphere. Not very crowded either.
MoreGreat drinks - nice staff - fun 70's music - really liked the atmosphere. We liked the Pumpkin King cocktail currently featured. Stephan even told me a bit about how to make it. :)
MoreThe drinks are really good here. Strong. About $10 and up. Small place and pretty dark. Try the crowdpleaser.
