tripadvisorHow thrilled we were to find this gallery still open after the Frank Howell Gallery, which had been there, had closed. The art of local artists as well as Worrell is a pleasure to see. His work based on desert discoveries of early Pueblo art is intriguing and exciting, especially the shaman sculptures. The gallery host was knowledgeable and positively intereactive. She even brought out a rocking chair to assist me, who had an injured knee!
MoreThis is a wonderful little gallery that pretty much specializes in the work of Bill Worrell where you will find his shamans in size ranging from those for a small necklace to a giant bronze for your front yard. There's other artwork to be found but the shamans are really the focus.
MoreFriend & i visited the Worrell Gallery on our whirlwind journey to the far corners of the American Southwest. We met Painter/Singer/Artist Sam Baker at our hotel, and visited the Gallery to see his Art on display. This was a good experience, and their were many other paintings, sculptures and pieces of art. This is a must see if you are in Santa Fe.
MoreI loved this Gallery. Not only did I fall in love with the work of Bill Worrell but the staff were warm, welcoming and extremely helpful too. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in Santa Fe.
MoreThis gallery is located to the right of the Palace Of The Governors. It has some major pieces as well as lots of other interesting interpretations of shamans. An interesting stop.
