Customer service was horrible. Store manager would not allow me to exchange product for a different size that was purchased on Nike’s website, even though they had products in store.

Well uhm first off they did not sell my dogs crap and my 1 second year old cousin was lost inside a nike box SO YOU GUYS SOLD MY ONE SECOND YEAR OLD COUSIN

Not terribly special or interesting. When I was a kid, the Nike Town in Portland was awesome and had cool stuff I couldn't find back in the midwest. Now, with the advent of online shopping, why bother. There's nothing that screams Nike Portland which is a shame. The only really cool thing here is the display of Air Jordans. Plus, they need more clothes in big sizes.

Terrible hours and long line around the corner. It’s not worth shopping here, you might as well go online or use the app. Came here for a return and didn’t plan on shopping but had to wait in line anyways.

I took some shoes I bought to exchange for a bigger size. While I was waiting the delivery notice, as they told me I should, and pass by the store several times to see if my new shoes have arrived. I finally chatted with an online assistance only to find out that the store have cancelled my order....(WTH?!) they said they have also refunded it, which they didn't! They don't even know how to follow up a tracking????? or use the phone to let me know the order was cancelled????? I expected better from a store in Portland! Nike home!
