Came here with my wife - we were worked on in the same room, and got two different treatments - my wife got a relaxing massage, and I got a deep tissue. My wife very much enjoyed hers. Mine was very good, but I was looking for something more like a sports massage - still, I felt a lot better when it was all over. Even if massage isn't your thing, the water therapy room alone is worth the trip - hot tub, cold tub, steam room, and sauna. There are different types of scrubs, and plenty of water. We showed up about 45 minutes before our massage, and I wish we'd been there about 90 minutes prior.

I purchased a package and was not disappointed. The water scrub is amazing. Overall, a great experience. A couple of issues to note: lunch was part of my package and it was forgotten, so I had to go find someone and then the next treatment was delayed. A little disappointing, including the fact that it interrupted my sate of calm and being taken care of. Also, there is a lot of noise outside the massage rooms, talking, doors opening and closing loudly.

Friendly, attentive, and extremely professional desk staff, aestheticians, and massage therapists. I found the service menu selection and pricing competitive with other spas I have visited. My friend, daughter, and I had a wonderful spa day here. Tina and Liz gave the best facials any of us have ever had. Amanda my massage therapists used just the right pressure and I left without the shoulder and neck pain I arrived with. The dressing room is crowded and small though and hard to move around in when 3-4 people are trying to shower and get dressed. Robes and slippers and towels were plentiful. We were very happy with our treatments. It was a wonderful spa day for the 3 of us. We are spa junkies actually and this spa was superior in service and quality of treatment to our day at Nob Hill in San Francisco. I think as a girls getaway you could stay at the Hyatt Regency with spa treatments at Yuna and have a great week end. I also think for a Bride or Bridal party it would be superb. I know the 3 of us were probably a little excited and more loud than spa etiquette allows but no one was rude or confrontational to us ! In fact they were professionals all the way The hydrotherapy area has a hot pool and a warm saltwater pool, as well as a steam and dry sauna. You can spend a day there just relaxing and unwinding. So if you're looking for a girls spa day I can highly recommend this spa.

I'm a yuan spa regular. I love this place. Unfortunately, they have changed their policy to NO TALKING at all in all part of the spa. Well maybe okay to talk to reception when checking in and out. I took my mom and sister on Friday to enjoy the spa and massages. We first went to the steam and hot tub and were taking very quietly. A guest had a complete fit that we were taking to each other and aggressively attacked us! This rattled us and ruined our entire experience. I called it road rage in the spa! I'm bummed to even write this but have to be honest, do not go with friends- this is not a place for couples or groups anymore. Only if you are solo could you enjoy this experience. I'm personally looking for another place to enjoy a relaxing experience and catch up with my mom or sister or husband. It's sad to say, but this no longer the place up go.

Treated myself to a scrub, facial and waxing. Aside from the desk woman who was less than welcoming, I enjoyed it.
