ASHI Certified Inspector Providing Pre-Purchase, New Construction Inspections, and Builders warranty inspections for Nashville, and the surrounding counties to include Wilson county, Williamson county, Sumner county, Rutherford county, Davidson county and more. I also offer Radon testing. My focus is on educating my clients about the condition of the home they are purchasing. From the foundation to the roof, I inspect all accessible areas to the standards of practice set by the American Society of Home Inspectors, and in most cases my inspections exceed these standards. Along with the professional training needed to meet the home inspector licensing requirements, I have a residential construction & insurance background. My background in construction is applied on every inspection analyzing the condition of the home to conduct a thorough inspection and provide a detailed report with photos and video. Finding the information needed to help you make an informed decision is my number one priority. I encourage my clients to attend the inspection and ask questions. When you attend the inspection I can explain what I'm seeing and help you get to know and understand the home.
