My friends and I recently had a holiday in Miami. We decided on the last day of vacation to ride the most beautiful places. That's decided to find a company that is engaged in transportation of passengers. I went on the limoscanner site, there a huge selection of companies. All very comfortable compose and easy learn everything if you calling the company which you chose. We chose the most suitable for us. The driver was polite and courteous. The prices were pleasantly surprised us. Quality of service is excellent. It was an unforgettable five hours of my life. I recommend for all to feel this emotion.

Based on my experience with Miami Lux Limo last February I booked them again for a transfer from MIA to Miami Beach this month. No driver showed up. I called their office and got an answering machine. I left a message. No one called me back. I have called them since to cancel a reservation for a return transfer to the airport. No one answers their phone. I will not use this Limo service again - and am working with my CC company to get a refund for the money I paid them.

These other reviews are spot on!!! The only difference is I was able to book with another company before we left, so we did not get stranded like some others! So, after having Miami Lux Limo booked for months, (one of the recommended limo companies on TA's sister site, Cruise Critic), I decided to read some recent reviews about them on other review sites. I was not impressed. After some additional research, I decided to cancel with Miami Lux and booked with Larry's Limos instead. Here is where the issue comes in and why we don't like paying for services like this up front and in full. Our cruise isn't until next weekend, so we are well within our cancellation timeframe. I emailed them last week to cancel. No response, no credit on our credit card. I emailed them a 2nd time...still no response. I emailed them a 3rd time and even though their website states cancellations can only be done via email, my husband and I spent most of our 3 day weekend calling them, with NO ANSWER at any time. Just goes to voice mail. So, we are still awaiting a response/refund after cancelling a week ago. So, our experience ended up being a lot like some of the reviews I read, except I went ahead and booked another company and we didn't get stranded like some others did. What makes it worse is when you cannot reach anyone at the company. I wanted to put this out there for anyone who is looking to book with them. I agree with others who have had recent bad experiences with them and do not recommend booking with them. I will now be escalating this to the appropriate companies for additional review. We will get our refund!!

Before our cruise through the Panama Canal from Los Angeles to Miami, I Googled Limo Service in Miami, FL. For some reason I didn't check reviews of the Miami Lux Limousine Company and paid the price for inconvenience. Upon arriving at the Cruise Line Port in Miami, we waited in the rain but the driver never showed up. The Company did ot respond to my text messages and the telephone number give for 24 hour service stated that the voice mail was full, and to call later. Well, later never came because after waiting over an hour, we took a taxi to the airport. We still haven't heard from this limousine company but had American Express cancel payment to them. DO NOT USE!

I had booked a cruise for my family and thought it would be fun to rent a limo to pick us up at the airport and take us to the port. We arrived at 8:15 and I had said I wanted to be picked up at 8:30. When the driver was not at the baggage claim area I called the limo service, I actually called twice between 8:45 and 9:15, the phone did ring but no one answered and the voice mail was full. What a bust, do not book this service!
