Stopped on Saturday afternoon, February 8. We were a group of 6 couples that were riding motorcycles. We sat at an outside table on the porch, within intentions of having a meal and a few drinks. A server brought drinks to the adjoining table and one of our people asked if we could get menus. The server turned and walked off. 15 minutes later the same server came out and a different one of our groups asked, the server walked off again. Not sure if they dislike clean-cut bikers or just dislike customers in general. These 12 people will not return and will spread the word to avoid this place. Have no idea as to costs and value since we didn't see menus. Service was worse than terrible, there was none.

I have been coming to this place on and off since in opened many years ago. So very sad to write this review. The manager / owner has no idea what that means. He is more interested in B/S with people then taking care of customers. The final straw was our last visit. The past three times in one of us ordered the same thing and all three times he got it wrong. When confronted about it he first said well this is the special. When I said but this isn't what was ordered. When asked if he could replace he said well is was because the cook read it wrong and they are so busy. And walked off shaking his head and waving his hand above his head. We always enjoyed coming there because it was close to my home and enjoy the girl. And want to support them and a local business. And after the first few encounters with him feel we may never go back. Again I blame none of the girls because they try their best but have no true leader just a young boy that was given this so he uses this place as a play grow not a business. I have been in the service business 50 years 33 of it in same business here in Ocala. So I do understand how a service business is run. I hope by writing this this he opens his eye's and sees he needs to change his thinking. I am sure he is a good young man but just need awake up. I wish him the best in the future.

I had lunch Friday it was ok, so I thought I would return with my husband on Saturday I walked in paper and food on the floor and dogs inside the building I knew they were pet friendly but I thought for the outside and the dog owner let his dog come over to the bar where I was sitting the dog was so close I couldfeel his nose. We sat at the bar, we ordered drinks and we were given a menu we sat for 20 minutes ready to order another round of drinks and order food and no asked or offered to take our order so I asked Katie to just give us some nachos and she snapped at me. I'm remembering when we first entered the place I said hello to Katie and I said we're back and she gave me attitude at the door my husband even noticed it. I brushed it off thinking she's having a bad evening. I don't think black people are welcomed at this establishment.

I brought friends to The Beach after seeing ads on Facebook. It looks nothing like the pictures, it should be called the “watering hole”. It’s a restaurant with a deck that over looks a retention pond. There is outside sitting with room for more tables. In general the place was dirty and can afford a good pressure washing. They had a window that was full of dead moths.Service was super slow. We ordered the kids meals first and they were last to receive. Jessie was our server and he was the nicest team member there, can’t say that for his colleagues.

The food was nearly inedible. Nachos consisted of what appeared to be a half bag of Tostitos dumped on a tin pan, half a jar of Pace Picante Sauce dumped on that, a spoonful of sour cream, a few black olives and jalapenos and some gross cheese that may have been melted at one time but cold by time it got to our table. 2 Panini sandwiches, one a French dip and one a Cuban, that were both cool to cold in the middle , an overcooked dried out burger with fries that were cold and in a pool of grease. Without a doubt, in the top 5 of worst restaurant experiences in my life. Will never return.
