Your membership includes unlimited group fitness classes and use of the men's and women's sauna. Need some assistance getting started or have a specific goal in mind? Legacy Fitness offers a variety of personal training packages for an additional fee with our licensed personal trainers. Need some relaxation or suffering from sore muscles? Legacy Fitness offers massage therapy for an additional cost to our members and the general public. Currently, our licensed massage therapists offer Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point massages.
