It's a locally owned business, and they are the cheapest in town. I've been using them for 9 years and have never had a problem.

Service cancelled years ago. Suddenly got a bill for $500 and then a few days later a collection notice. Terrible company. Unsure why they are scamming people years after we switched companies.
