I stayed at the property in October 2025 and booked again for next week. Have a medical emergency (relative is dying need to go see them next week now) and need to cancel (GM Jaimie will not return my call after 5 attempts and 3 messages over the past 4 days). Pretty worthless leadership (or lack thereof in a general manager) so I will stay at other non Marriott properties in Midland for my future trips.

This hotel is terrible. The management is unprofessional and unhelpful. When we checked in, they told us housekeeping was every other day but in reality they never showed up. After day 4, I complained, and still no housekeeping after that. Furthermore they denied me a late check out claiming that housekeeping time is important! Amazing!!! Beyond awful customer service. Even though the room was ok, the tiles in the bathroom floor were cracked and wobbly. totally overpriced for what it offers. Many other hotels nearby, save yourself from this one!

Stayed here many nights this year and had a great stay every time, clean property, clean comfortable and quiet rooms. This property is close to restaurants and stores including my favorite HEB. Kudos to front desk associate Sam for always being helpful and welcoming, 5 star employee!

Solid stay here. It is a no-frills type of place but very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath was functional. Good water pressure in the shower. The free breakfast in the morning is basic but nice to have. Location is central with many other hotels nearby. Happy with the stay as a loyal Marriott member.

The most nasty kitchen and management is unprofessional because they weren’t even there every time I came to the desk for them to help me. Charged me several times for no reason and said it was incidentals. I stayed one night and left because of the filth and they said I stayed for 2 weeks and charged me 250 including $5 a day for parking and I wasn’t even there anymore. Manager refused refund even with proof I wasn’t there!!! Worst place I’ve ever been!!!
