This place is nonexistent! Closed Permanently! And we weren't just lost! Old warehouse in total disrepair. Old metal mailbox, probably a collectible, stuffed with old, dusty mail.

The two owners developed this from raw old industrial space and were the first pioneers to re-develop in Trinity Groves. They opened before the Margaret Hunt Hill bridge was completed. I believe the co-owner/founder/designer/builder, Nicholas said they'd been there for about ten years? Though we've passed by many times only recently did we decide to stop and explore The Workroom. And explore we did. What an amazing establishment! The tiny storefront on the southeast corner of Singleton and Beeville (park across Beeville on the southwest corner of the intersection) hides a generous interior space that eventually will expand into the full length of the converted industrial space. The entry to the right leads to the 422 Art Gallery, to the left The Workroom. A fantastic space with high ceilings appears as you are dazzled by eye candy everywhere. No one way to describe the collection! Old, new, handmade, local artists, all neatly displayed and nicely curated. Candles, ceramics, photography, greeting cards, jewelry, paintings, sculptures, flowers* and on and on. A separate room is filled with vintage hawaiian shirts, letterman jackets, levi jeans and school hoodies/pullovers. *Beautiful custom flower arrangements can be ordered. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. You may rent the space for your event/s. A fun, fun time just wandering around, chatting with the co-owner, Nicholas and petting his dog. Be sure to visit the 422 Art Gallery next door. We spent some time there with Gallery owner John Marcucci. It has rotating monthly exhibits of local artists which I'll review on another day. The Workshop is filled with joy and wonder. You must visit!
