Offline play

Q: Will I still be able to play puzzles offlineA: Yes. As soon as you visit the Puzzles section in the app when you're online, that day's puzzles will be available to play offline.

General puzzles removal

Q: Why is the Puzzles section being removed from the digital newspaper?A: We've designed the Telegraph app's new Puzzles section to bring you the optimum playing experience. To ensure you consistently enjoy that experience across our products, we have removed the old Puzzles section from the digital newspaper.

iOS 11-13 didn't work last time

Q: The puzzles section didn't work with my iOS 11/12/13 device the last time I tried it. Will it work nowA: Yes. We now support all iOS versions, from iOS 11 upwards.

Access

Q: Do I need another app to play Puzzles?
A: No. You'll enjoy the same experience as on the bespoke Puzzles app.

Q: I'm a Digital Subscriber. Why can't I access Puzzles
A: You'll need a dedicated Puzzles Subscription to play Puzzles in the Telegraph app.

Bonus Sub

Q: Will the recipient of my bonus subscription also lose their access to Puzzles?A: Yes. Bonus subscriptions are Digital Subscriptions, which do not have access to Puzzles.
