MyAugusta311 mobile app relaunching on Monday, July 1st
AUGUSTA, Ga. (WJBF) –Augusta 311 is relaunching its mobile app, MyAugusta311.
According to the office of the city administrator, the latest version of the MyAugusta311 app will be available for download on an Apple or Android device on Monday, July 1st.

Officials say if a user previously submitted a request using the SeeClickFix app, simply call 311 or
email [email protected]
to receive updates, and if users want to watch the Augusta 311's how-to video and other app usage documents, visit www.augustaga.gov/myaugusta311.
If anyone has any questions or concerns, please call 706-821-2300 between 7 A.M. to 7 P.M. Monday through Friday.
