We took this one for a test drive in our full review , where the overall rating was "Excellent" thanks to the premium-feeling single-piece aluminum chassis, quiet cooling, and impressive results in our benchmarking sessions. It's a heavyweight for sure, but still looks dignified and expensive. We also noted that it can certainly do double duty as a productivity machine, with a good-feeling keyboard and plenty of connectivity options. Our only major criticism was battery life, which can be easily fixed by keeping a plug nearby. HP has this tricked-out build on sale for 34% off.

HP Omen 35L Gaming Desktop
For an Editors' Choice-winning gaming desktop at a deep discount, you're not going to beat the HP Omen 35L. Although the company might not be the first name you think of when it comes to tricked-out PC gaming hardware, we've been consistently impressed by the value it packs into midrange models like this. In our full review , we came away impressed with both its style and substance, noting that the sleek case featured compelling RGB lighting and tempered glass side panels, while inside it hummed away happily with capable components.
There are a few loadouts available at HP's site, but the best overall deal is on this model, which cuts a full 50% off. We definitely like the Core i7 processor running the show here, as it's a very competitive CPU that can tackle modern games. The RTX 4060 Ti is a last-generation card, but we considered it the best of its cohort for 1080p gaming, with good cooling and excellent benchmarking results. On the whole, this is a very nice price for what you're getting.
HP OmniStudio X All-In-One Desktop
After Apple introduced the iMac that combined the PC and its monitor into one housing, numerous companies hopped aboard the all-in-one train, to mixed results. One of the most successful Windows all-in-ones we've ever tested is the OmniStudio X, now on sale for 38% off retail through the 4th of July weekend. We gave this excellent big-screen machine an Editors' Choice award in our review . PCMag expert Eric Grevstad said that it was "as quality as a Windows AIO gets," rivaling the iMac in power and performance.
The big draws of this model are the large, bright 4K display (most Windows all-in-ones don't pump the resolution that high), which is mounted to an ergonomic stand that is both height and tilt-adjustable, with cleverly positioned ports on both the screen and base. Under the hood, you get well-tuned components suited to everyday productivity and light entertainment, with streaming video looking especially good on the near-TV-sized screen. Our biggest complaint was that the bundled mouse felt a little chintzy, and that's easily rectified.

HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e Printer
HP's desktop printers are among its most iconic product groups, known for cramming tons of functionality into nondescript gray boxes. The OfficeJet Pro 9125e is on sale for a serious 35% discount right now, and it's got a lot to recommend it. An included duplexing tray lets you do hassle-free double-sided copying, scanning, and printing, and the connectivity options are super broad, including printing wirelessly over Bluetooth or from a USB-A flash drive.
We haven't tested the OfficeJet Pro 9125e yet, but we do have a full review of its predecessor, the very similar 9025e, where we gave it an "Excellent" rating, noting that it knocked out solid text and photos at a fast clip, with low running costs. If you need something more than a bare-bones home printer for your small business, book club, or other organization, this one will do the job.
HP Envy 6555e All-in-One Printer
If your output needs are lower, HP's got you covered there too. The Envy line of desktop all-in-ones combine a lot of functionality into a compact package that's easy to tuck away when you're not using it. We have a 2022 review of its predecessor, the Envy 6455e, and were impressed by its overall print quality and ease of use. Its 35-sheet automatic document feeder was more spacious than most other printers in this price range. Our major complaint was that the 6455e didn't support automatic duplexing, but the 6555e has added that feature.
Running costs on this model are already quite low, but this 4th of July offer not only comes with a 50% discount, but also six free months of HP's Instant Ink service, which monitors your stockpiles and automatically re-orders when each color is running low. The ability to use it for borderless photo printing, black & white documents, and other formats makes it a solid all-rounder at an unbeatable price.
