Snag the Brand-New M6 Apple Mac mini for the Lowest Price You Might See All Year During Prime Day

Here's your chance to get a cutting-edge piece of computing without paying full price. Apple's most recent Mac mini desktop computer is a surprisingly powerful piece of hardware that is packed into an impressively small space. It just launched at $899, but you can snag one during Amazon's Prime Day Big Deal Days sale for just $779.99. While I haven't personally reviewed this model, my colleague Joe Osborne did, and gave it an Editors' Choice award . This is a deal you might not want to pass up, as discounts on Apple products are rare as it is, much less during a memory shortage.

M6 Goodness for Less
On the exterior, the 2026 Apple Mac mini is easily overlooked as nothing special. Its silver finish and small physical footprint, measuring 2 by 5 by 5 inches (HWD), blend well with many other tech devices. While its appearance may not convey a powerful system, it has its advantages. The small box won't clutter up anyone's desk, easily going unnoticed beside a monitor.
Underneath the simple shell is something far more intriguing: an Apple M6 chip. This is a system-on-chip (SoC) that contains a wide range of hardware. Inside is a 12-core processor with two super cores, four performance cores, and six efficiency cores. Packed alongside this is a 12-core graphics processor with dedicated ray-tracing hardware and two 16-core Neural Engines for AI workloads.
Apple sent us one of these little systems to test, and it performed exceptionally well across all our tests. Its performance in CPU and graphics tests was on par with much more expensive systems. Read our full Mac mini M6 review for more to understand why this is such a significant deal.
Currently, you can get the 2026 Mac mini from Amazon for just $779.99, a $120 discount. This version of the Mac mini ships only with 16GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD, but good luck finding one at this price next year. Plus, you can expand the storage capacity with Thunderbolt 4 SSDs.
This might be the mini desktop deal to beat for the last Prime Day of 2026, but if you're looking for other bargains, make sure to check out our top Prime Day sales picks .
