Per the official announcement, the client goes live at 4:00 AM UTC-7. To play the game, players will have to download an installer directly from the official Arknights website , then launch the game through its own dedicated launcher.
The good news for anyone worried about starting over is that full cross-save is confirmed, so existing mobile accounts, Operators, and progress carry over completely with nothing lost in the transition.
The hardware bar is refreshingly low for a game of this scope. Yostar's posted system requirements call for Windows 10 or 11, a minimum Intel Core i3-6100 processor and GTX 750 Ti graphics card, 8 GB of RAM, and 30 GB of storage, with a temporary 20 GB of extra space needed during installation.
