These Are the Biggest Nintendo Games Coming in September
It was an eventful summer for Nintendo gamers. From Star Fox to Rhythm Heaven and Splatoon , there were a handful of series that got new games that are often forgotten about. While we wait for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake at the end of the year, there are still some great games coming in the months beforehand.
Let's look at the best games coming to Nintendo consoles as the calendar flips to September.
Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault (September 2)
Moonlighter 2 is the long-awaited sequel to the beloved indie gem from the Switch era. In this adventure, you play as a shopkeeper who leads two very different lives. You run a shop during the day, and you head into dungeons at night to collect resources to sell in your store. The cyclical nature of the two loops and how they help each other allows the series to maintain a super-addictive quality.
Orbitals (September 3)
We need more games like Orbitals . This is a two-player adventure where one person's actions will help the other and vice versa. Too many games are online with strangers, but co-op in the same living room is a throwback to the times with your friends and siblings growing up that you remember fondly.
Circuit Flow (September 10)
This is a cute puzzle game where you solve different riddles related to computer circuit boards. You don't need any prior knowledge of how computers work, just a willingness to enjoy a good geometrical or shape puzzle.
Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave (September 17)
Fire Emblem has become one of the biggest secondary franchises Nintendo has after Super Mario , The Legend of Zelda , and Pokemon . The newest adventure will expand on the universe with lots of new characters and enhanced storytelling. It should be stylistically closer to Fire Emblem: Three Houses rather than Fire Emblem Engage .
