Every game coming to Xbox Game Pass in July 2026

Microsoft has revealed the first wave of additions to its Xbox Game Pass service for July 2026, with about a dozen titles either coming to Game Pass Ultimate for the first time, or coming to Game Pass Premium after having previously been exclusive to Ultimate. Headlining July's additions is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2, the excellent remaster of the classic games, which joins its successor, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 in becoming available for Game Pass subscribers.

Gears of War: Reloaded is making its way over to Game Pass Premium, after having been exclusive to the service's Ultimate tier since its release in August last year. The title becomes available to Premium subscribers ahead of the series' prequel, Gears of War: E-Day, which is set to launch on October 6, 2026. 

Finally, one new third-party game is available on Game Pass on day one, the isometric action roguelike Ascend to Zero, which was developed by Flyway Games, a studio owned by major Korean publisher Krafton. It will be available to Game Pass Ultimate subscribers on launch day, while Premium subscribers will have to wait a little longer. Also worth noting is the newly updated Palworld 1.0 , which is available on Xbox Game Pass for Premium, Ultimate, and PC subscribers.

Xbox Game Pass departures in July 2026 – Wave 1

In addition to the above games joining the Xbox Game Pass service in July 2026, a handful of games will also be leaving the service. Players subscribed to Game Pass can get a 20% discount on the game prior to its removal if they wish to keep playing. 

The following games will be removed from Game Pass on July 15, 2026:
