Al Khoory Hotels has selected Shiji's Daylight PMS, Infrasys POS and Reviewpro Reputation for its operations.

The UAE-based hotel group will use the systems as part of a cloud-based technology setup connecting guest data, hotel operations and on-property service delivery.

Shiji said the platform will give Al Khoory Hotels a unified view of guest information across properties and departments.

The systems are also meant to support workflow management as well as data security and privacy requirements.

Daylight PMS is built on a cloud-based structure with a single guest profile and integration options aimed at supporting current operations and future expansion.

Infrasys Cloud POS will be used for food and beverage operations across hotel outlets.

Shiji said the system is intended to standardise processes and provide real-time visibility into outlet performance.

The platform also centres on a single guest profile that combines guest information across systems and stays.

Daylight PMS uses a microservices and application protocol interface (API)-first architecture, allowing changes to the technology setup over time without major disruption.

The statement said security and privacy are part of the platform's design.

Shiji added that its cloud-based systems are intended to help hotels meet data protection requirements and manage guest information in line with relevant regulations.

Shiji Middle East vice-president Andreas Duerkoop said: "Daylight PMS and Infrasys POS were built with that reality in mind, placing the guest profile at the center while giving hotel teams secure, flexible tools that simply work.

"We're proud to support Al Khoory Hotels as they invest in technology that strengthens both operational excellence and the guest experience."
