We all know Yeti coolers keep drinks chilled for hours...but forever? In an epic collaboration, Liquid Death and Yeti teamed up to create a life-size casket cooler that will "keep your cans cold for an eternity."
The Yeti x Liquid Death Casket Cooler is made with Triple Foam ColdCell technology, a hydraulic lid piston, dual drain valves, and T-Latch Lid Locks. Not only will it fit 378 12-ounce cans of Liquid Death, but it can also be used as an actual casket. It's a hilarious project, given Liquid Death's slogan: "Murder your thirst."
"Not only is the Casket Cooler a great extension of the Yeti brand into a new demographic, it's a fun and memorable statement on the absurdly long time Yeti coolers keep drinks cold. In this case, an eternity," a Yeti representative told Ad Age .
With the high price of caskets, this could financially make sense seeing as it doubles as a cooler and casket. But unfortunately, there's only one of these one-of-a-kind coolers for sale in an online auction. Bidding started at $1,500 and, as of publication of this story, was almost at $40,000.
You can enter the auction and place your bid until Friday, August 30 at 3 pm. Oh, and it includes free white glove delivery. For whoever ends up purchasing the Yeti casket cooler, it only makes sense you host a Halloween party .
